Dr. Abyot Dibaba holds a PhD in Plant Ecology and Biodiversity Management from Addis Ababa University (2018), where he researched under advisors Teshome Soromessa and Bikila Workineh. š His thesis, “Ecology, Carbon Stock, and Formulation of Allometric Equation for Selected Tree and Shrub Species,” integrates vegetation ecology, carbon sequestration potential of forests, and allometric equation development for trees and shrubs. š³ Previously, he earned an MSc in Biology, focusing on dry land biodiversity, with a thesis on the woodland and riverine vegetation of Gololcha district, eastern Ethiopia (2009). š¾ He also holds a BSc in Biology from Addis Ababa University (2000). š
