Dr. Upasana Dohare is currently pursuing her MSc in Environmental Science and Engineering at Taiyuan University of Technology, China, focusing on sustainable recycling of spent lithium-ion polymer batteries. Her research, supervised by Prof. Gao Lizhen, includes optimizing thermal pretreatment conditions and selective cobalt recovery from lithium polymer batteries. Previously, she served as Head of the Science Department and Biology Tutor at Bosomtwe Oyoko Senior High School in Ghana, where she led academic activities and improved instructional learning.
