He has been a visiting researcher at Toyo University’s Center for Sustainable Development Studies since 2018 and has lectured at Toyo University in multiple faculties since 2013. His research roles include positions at the National Institute of Fisheries Science and the Korea Institute of Ocean Science and Technology.
