π Haleh Ayatollahi holds a PhD in Health Informatics from the University of Sheffield, UK (2006-2010). She also earned her M.Sc. in Medical Records Education (2000-2002) and her B.Sc. in Medical Records (1996-1998) from Iran University of Medical Sciences, where she also completed an Associate Degree in Medical Records (1994-1996).

π¬ Haleh Ayatollahi is currently serving as the Director of the Deputy of Research and Technology at the School of Health Management and Information Sciences and the Health Management and Economics Research Centre, Iran University of Medical Sciences. Since 2023, she has also been a professor in Medical Informatics. Her prior roles include administrative positions and teaching assignments, such as the Postgraduate and Education Office Administrator at Iran University of Medical Sciences (2014-2016) and a Teaching Assistant at the University of Sheffield, UK (2009).

π§ Haleh Ayatollahi specializes in health data science, telemedicine, telehealth, mhealth, ehealth, health information systems, user-centered information systems design, evaluation of health information systems, systematic reviews, and IT adoption and change management. Her work focuses on leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery and management.

π Haleh Ayatollahi has received numerous accolades for her contributions to health informatics and education. In 2023, she was honored with the Best Thesis Award at the 8th Vosough Festival and served as an Editorial Board Member for the International Research Excellence and Citation Awards. She has also won the Best Paper Presentation Award at the 9th National Burn Congress (2020), the Khayam Award for a selected PhD thesis (2019), and multiple awards at the βFuture Dayβ Festival (2017).
