Dr. Norhamiza Ishak holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Finance, specializing in investment and corporate governance, from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2018. She also earned a Master of Science (MSc.) in Finance from UUM in 2011, examining family ownership’s impact on firms announcing bonus issues, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
