Mr. Marco Ruggeri, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy

Marco Ruggeri is a distinguished lecturer at Sapienza University of Rome, with expertise in biotechnology, sustainable development, and food sciences. Since 2022, he has been teaching courses on sustainable biotechnology, wine and hospitality quality, and food science. Marco earned his Ph.D. in Management, Banking, and Commodity Sciences in 2022 with honors, focusing on reducing losses and waste in the agri-food supply chain using Industry 4.0 technologies. He also holds a Master’s degree in Technology and Innovation Management, graduating cum laude.
