Marsy Asindu is a seasoned Agricultural Economist and Senior Scientist at the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI). With expertise in impact evaluation and agricultural policy, she contributes significantly to research on food security and poverty alleviation in Uganda. 🌾 Her work focuses on designing protocols for systems modeling and assessing policy impacts, particularly in livestock value chains. Dr. Ouma is dedicated to bridging research and policy, collaborating with stakeholders to develop One Health strategies in the East African Region.
