Mohamed’s academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology, Irbid, Jordan, in 2013. He then pursued a Master’s in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Al-Albayt University in Mafraq, Jordan, graduating with an excellent grade in 2018. His academic pursuit culminated with a PhD in Business Management, specializing in Human Resources Management, from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) in Malaysia, where he graduated with an excellent grade in 2024. His doctoral research focused on the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between job empowerment and human resources agility in Jordanian commercial banks.

Mohamed’s research centers around several key areas within business and management. These include strategic human resource management, human resource agility, organizational behavior analysis, empowerment strategies, and job satisfaction. He is particularly interested in how these factors contribute to creating agile workforces that can adapt to dynamic business environments. Mohamed’s professional experience includes roles in both academia and industry. He worked as a researcher at the Department of Agricultural Engineering at Jordan University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2013. He also contributed to the Department of Statistics for the Jordan Population and Housing Project from 2015 to 2016.
