Dr. Mohammad Yazdi, Babol Noshirvani University of Technology, Iran
Education:
Dr. Mohammad Yazdi earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology, specializing in Telecommunication, Fields, and Waves. His dissertation, “Electromagnetic Characterization of Metasurfaces,” delved into local field theory under the guidance of Dr. Nader Komjani, with advisory support from Dr. Constantin Simovski and Dr. Mohammad Albooyeh.
Experience:
Dr. Yazdi’s research spans diverse areas including UWB antennas, metamaterials, and photonic band gap structures. He has explored applications in 5G & 6G communication networks, microwave imaging, and autonomous vehicles. His expertise extends to graphene photonics, plasmonics, and terahertz technologies.
Teaching Experience:
Ā Dr. Yazdi has taught courses covering metamaterials, microwave engineering, and advanced engineering mathematics. He imparts knowledge in antenna theory, microwave circuit design, electromagnetics, and electrical circuits.
