Her pursuit of excellence began with a solid foundation in Electrical Engineering at NIT Kurukshetra, where she demonstrated commendable dedication, earning a Bachelor’s degree with distinction. Subsequently, she pursued a Post-Graduation degree in Power System Management from NIT Jaipur (MNIT), further honing her expertise in the field. Dr. Ladwal’s academic prowess and commitment to research culminated in the completion of her Doctor of Philosophy in Power Systems from DCRUST Murthal, where she excelled with an outstanding CGPA of 89.2. Ā INTERNSHIP

During a three-month summer training program at Dinbandhu Choturam Power Plant, comprehensive exposure to Switchyard Components was provided. This invaluable experience delved into the intricate mechanisms and functionalities of switchyard infrastructure, essential for efficient power distribution and management. Participants gained practical insights into various components such as circuit breakers, transformers, isolators, and busbars, critical for maintaining the integrity and reliability of the electrical grid. Through hands-on training and theoretical knowledge, trainees acquired proficiency in troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational aspects of switchyard systems. This immersive learning opportunity equipped participants with the skills and expertise necessary to contribute effectively to the power generation and distribution sector, fostering a deep understanding of switchyard operations and management principles.

PROJECTS

During the tenure of my Bachelor’s program, I embarked on a transformative journey with Project B, a major endeavor that epitomized innovation and engineering prowess. The project, titled “Controller Design of Rotary Inverted Pendulum,” encapsulated the culmination of theoretical acumen and practical application. Through meticulous research and hands-on experimentation, I delved into the intricate dynamics of rotary inverted pendulum systems, aiming to design robust control mechanisms for stability and precision. Leveraging cutting-edge control theories and algorithms, I conceptualized, simulated, and implemented advanced controllers to orchestrate the intricate movements of the pendulum. This project not only epitomized academic rigor but also instilled in me a profound appreciation for the symbiosis of theory and application in engineering marvels.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Proficient in an array of computer programming languages including C, C++, and Machine Learning, coupled with expertise in Gams, I bring a versatile skill set to the table. Additionally, adept in Database & Analysis tools such as Python and Matlab, I leverage these platforms to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. My recent endeavor involves the meticulous design of a responsive and concise Student Performance Analysis system. By harnessing the power of Python and Matlab, I aim to develop an intuitive interface that facilitates seamless data visualization and interpretation. This innovative solution promises to revolutionize the assessment process, empowering educators with actionable intelligence to enhance student learning outcomes effectively.

Securing an All India Rank of 3651 in the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) stands as a testament to my dedication and academic prowess. The achievement underscores my commitment to excellence and determination to excel in the competitive landscape of engineering entrance exams. This notable accomplishment reflects not only my proficiency in core subjects but also my ability to adapt to challenging examination conditions and perform under pressure. Ranking among the top percentile nationally signifies a culmination of years of rigorous preparation, unwavering focus, and a deep-seated passion for engineering.
